Wasteform

"Ignorance Through Sovereignty"

”The 2nd album of New York’s most groundbreaking output during the last years, is out now ready to devastate your ears with their punishing combination of relentless brutal Death with slight Metalcore and even technical passages.

WASTEFORM is destined to be the next big band coming out of US’s east coast, belonging to the same league of bands such as SUFFOCATION, INTERNAL BLEEDING, SKINLESS, PYREXIA and even DYING FETUS, these four hard-working maniacs are able to show that there’s still room for new and interesting ideas on this camp where everything seems to be already invented. Just listen to this album and you’ll discover what it has to offer!!

Crushing guitar riffing, corrosive and brutal vocals, technical yet straight forward drumming and killer song structures!! WASTEFORM will rule!!”

The quoted text to the left, is clipped from the Xtreem label site, and does express the true essence of Wasteform. There’s not so much to add from here, except that the vocal is even more corrosive and brutal, than the text describes.

Wasteform will set any moshpit on fire, and make ‘yer ears bleed, as you dwell in this insanity of bone crushing rhythm and intense atmosphere.

Watch out for the 8th track – it’s called “In The Shadows of Resurgence” and is a slightly atmospheric and melodic instrumental song. The only chance you get on “Ignorance Through Sovereignty” to get your pulse down, and wipe the sweat of your forehead. The song last for just 2:16 minutes, and then all hell breaks loose again – more wild and rugged than before.
